WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We offer shipping across Canada through major carriers. While we take every precaution to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition, there is a possibility that food items may spoil or break during transit.
We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, however, these issues are beyond our control and can only be resolved by the carrier. Please note that shipping fees are determined by the postal service and are non-refundable.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your package. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout—Standard, Expedited, or Express—and can range from 1 to 7 business days. Orders take approximately 2-4 days to fulfill.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN THE SKILLET COOKIES?
Ingredients vary depending on the flavor of the Skillet Cookie. However, all products contain pasteurized eggs, vanilla extract, butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
CAN I FREEZE THEM AND SAVE THEM FOR LATER?
YES, you most definitely can. As with any perishable item, we recommend enjoying them fresh for the best experience.
If frozen, you can reheat them in the oven at 350°F for 2-3 minutes, or microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute after thawing to room temperature.
