WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Milton, Ontario, Canada. We are currently an Online based company working out of Certified health inspected home kitchens. Local pick-up, Delivery are also available at checkout under the delivery options.
HOW DO WE ORDER?

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship across Canada & the US.
We use major carriers like Canada Post/FedEx/UPS/Purolator/Canpar for most orders. Although we ensure that our products are shipped in perfect condition, there is a possibility for food items to spoil or break during transit.
We understand that shipping issues, including delays, are frustrating. Unfortunately, they are out of our control and can only be addressed by the shipping provider.
Shipping fees are determined by the postal service and are not refundable.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Shipping costs depends on the weight and size of the package. Shipping is usually anywhere from $11-$30 per package and is calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping times depend on what shipping option you choose, when you check out from Standard, Expedited and Express and can range anywhere between 1-7 business days. Orders take approximately 2-4 days to fulfill.
WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN THE SKILLET COOKIES?
Ingredients depends on the flavor of the Skillet Cookie. All Skillet Cookies have pasteurized eggs (no eggs for vegan cookies), vanilla extract, butter (oil for vegan), flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
CAN I FREEZE THEM AND SAVE THEM FOR LATER?
Yes, you most definitely can. However, as with any perishable food, we do recommend eating them fresh because nothing is better than fresh. After being frozen you can reheat them in the oven at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes or microwave them for 45seconds-1 minute after thawing them to room temperature.

ARE YOU A NUT-FREE FACILITY?
Although we would try our best to accommodate Nut allergy requests, please do note that some of our cookies do have nuts in them and cross nut contamination could occur. We are NOT a Nut-Free facility.
